What's Pet Care to Pet Owners?

UX Research, CMU

About

This user experience research was one of my firsts. As a part of the academic curriculum at Carnegie Mellon, this user research was undertaken within a span of eight-weeks in Pittsburgh. Thanks to the extensive UXR methodologies and techniques introduced, I uncovered what pet care means to people across nationalities and how their priorities align or differ with changing contexts. The research was presented in the form of a report with some key insights and Product Opportunity Gaps.
